What you Need to know About the Bridge, About the Law, and About Your Choices. Hosted by Hayden Island Manufactured Home Community HOA And the Sustainability Clinic at Willamette University College of Law
Saturday, November 14, 2009 10am to 12:30pm. Coffee and Continental Breakfast.

Hayden Island will be ground zero for the construction of the Columbia River Crossing.
The Workshop aims to bring agenda-free, unbiased information to the residents of the
Hayden Island Manufactured Home Community.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Alternatives considered and available to the 12-lane option.
- A Comparison of the Health Impact Assessments undertaken by the CRC's Draft Environmental Impact Statement and the Multnomah County Health Department.
- What the law says about projects as big as this one.
- Identification of possibilities for mitigation.

- Effects on Transportation.
- Air and Water Quality.
- Cumulative Health Effects.
- Next Steps.
